Calendar

Mozilla Sunbird is a stand alone Calendar application while Lightning is integrated with Mozilla's free email client Thunderbird. The functionality is almost the same.

This software has a nice clean interface and is easy to use. You can have day, week, multi-week or month views and it incorporates a to do list, alarms and more.

The toolbar is customisable and you can import calendar files from other compatible programs.

As with the other Mozilla projects, Calendar/Sunbird is open source so it is free to all. It is, however, still in testing so don’t be surprised if there are a few bugs to work out still.
